"I love the look and feel of the Paper Collective, which is cool and fun. I didn't love that the pillows offer not head support (and when I asked for more pillows, it had to be multiple times), the smallness of the shower that caused flooding all the time, or the rudeness of the front desk staff. I will say the maintenance and housekeeping staff were gems -- friendly, attentive, and overall wonderful. The bar or restaurant was never open, so I can't weigh in on that. "I traveled to NYC for the Marathon. Access to the sub way is just down the street (~300m) E-Tran -airport 7- race kit pickup and race day bus pick up Staff were amazing and really friendly. They have a cafe and bar on site. There’s a craft brewery across the street (Focal Point Beer Co). I will stay here again. "

" Our nonsmoking room was situated next to a wedding party room. Starting at 7:00 am until past midnight, a group of loud women pop champagne bottles, smoked weeds while laughing and screaming. Tou can hear everything between rooms. It was unbearable. We complained several times with them and the reception desk but nothing happened. By morning we were exhausted from lack of sleep."
