"Location was great, hotel has it charms. Unfortunately they have some issues. Beds very poor conditions, sunk in areas, they most be very old or cheap. Toilet leaks, Shower completely clogged we had to request plunger so that my husband can try to fix it. shower curtains smell bad. and had securities issues local man gather in front entrance talking load and staying long hours there, didn't like that at all."

"First, we arrived late at night for check in and our reservation was given away but we were sent to another nearby hotel for the night which was an 8 minute walk away to make up for it. It was our first time in NY so I was a little nervous to walk but the neighborhood isn’t too bad (I probably wouldn’t have gone alone but felt safe enough with my partner).
