"Amazing stay for us. Went as a couple and had a wonderful stay for a week. Food and drinks were amazing for an all-inclusive resort. I am celiac and they were very accommodating to my food allergy requests and every meal asked if there were any food allergies. Resort is also not very big which we enjoyed having a more intimate setting, unlike the bigger resorts in Mexico. Nightlife was somewhat lacking, but we were not very upset about this. "Very, very clean, great security, friendly & very cordial staff. My entire party has always felt very safe at this Hotel and in Puerto Vallerta. I like that we must wear wristbands - to me, it’s an another level of security. Love this Hotel! "

"Las palmes by the sea....... is exactly that! A quaint oasis that does see its share of both locals and travellers. I CANNOT express enough how good the staff are and how hard they work. If you have complaints about any of the staff You are likely the problem! We were never pressured by promoters at all. There were a few hiccups in our stay, but they were ALL tourist related, and often related to the "coffee shop mentality" over seating at the adult pool? Aside that all was great!!!!! Thank you...

"We stayed in the older part of the resort, which was good as it is by the beach. However, the room was out dated but that really didn’t matter to us. Thought it was a good deal for the all inclusive. Enjoyed our time there. "
