"Las palmes by the sea....... is exactly that! A quaint oasis that does see its share of both locals and travellers. I CANNOT express enough how good the staff are and how hard they work. If you have complaints about any of the staff You are likely the problem! We were never pressured by promoters at all. There were a few hiccups in our stay, but they were ALL tourist related, and often related to the "coffee shop mentality" over seating at the adult pool? Aside that all was great!!!!! Thank you...

"Staff are friendly and cleaning ladies do a good job. We changed rooms , no problem, because of a crying baby. First room had a door to separate the two rooms. Also first room had a cracked sink and toilet. Second room was much better. No door for adjoining rooms. Much quieter. Plenty of variety for food. If you don’t see shrimp or bacon, you can ask, they probably have some. Good variety on entertainment. Activities staff are super friendly and add a lot of fun. Beautiful sunsets!"
