"Great location! We arrived early and paid for the early check-in upgrade and it was so worth as we overlooked Times Square on the 31st floor! Our 1st time in NYC to celebrate our 25th anniversary! Hotel is in the middle of everything and walkable. Subway access next to the entrance. The staff was nice and friendly. They even recommended rooftop spots with great views of the city. The bar/lounge/restaurant in the hotel even has live music on the weekends. I recommend this hotel if you want to be in the heart of Times Square! We will definitely be back! The previous reviews helped us to choose this hotel and I’m glad we did!"

"Our check in was fabulous and was upgraded to having a refrigerator The room was great for the first day and then the A/C kind of quit working The repair staff was excellent, and the A/C was working but the fan was not strong enough to force out the cold air We were given a fan to help the cold air circulate in the room It only partially worked The room was warm but not unbearable The cleaning staff was top of the world She was just Grand We were located in the center of the town and everything was accessible by walking Food choices were plenty and Don't miss Ellens Stardust Diner It's the best right around the corner Would stay there again Thanx "
