"Overall we enjoyed our stay at the St Athans Hotel. There were plenty of restaurants and shops around which were easy to walk to. The staff was helpful and kept our luggage safe and locked when it was too early to check in and after when we had checked out but it was too early to go to the airport. They cleaned our room and provided us with extra towels when asked. We also felt safe since you cannot just walk in- you ring the bell and they have to let you in. We were worried the shared bathrooms...

"The folks here are amazing! Front desk staff was very help and conversational and the cleaning staff was impeccable. However, the Fairway is an old building which comes with little soundproofing between rooms and for dampening street noise. Also, the room became uncomfortably hot, luckily the window opened allowing for a bit of a cool off. "
