"Dont book here, the place is horrible, doesnt look anything like the pictures, you have to give a £250 deposit on top of paying. In a horrible part of london, no one in the businees speaks english proerly. Very difficult to deal with and only interested in your money. Disgusting mess of an apartment, no hand rails to use to walk up the stairs, big glass panals everywhere when walking in, bedrooms a mess, dirt everywhere. Dont anyone ever use thsi place."

"The reception process was very easy, there was no problem arriving early and leaving my suitcase until I returned later. The room (12) was a single room in the basement ( with a window) it was small but more rhan adequate for 1 night. There was a sink in the room but the wc/shower was across the corridor, this proved to be quite noisy wirh lots of people using it, it was equally difficult to use myself as it seemed to be forever occupied. "

"I stayed in room 101 in the basement. It was comfy and reaonably sized, although the bathroom was cold and ceiling height was low (not for the tall guests!). Other than the noise of the underground trains passing by, I had a good night's rest here. "
