The hotel inside looked as if its previously just been painted and smelled fresh, we got the top room, decent size with own bathroom, ( if you are not fit or able for alot of stairs i wouldnt recommend) the bed was comfortable. Fairly clean standards. The man who checked us in was very friendly and informative about the hotel and check out time ect. Would stay here again.

Location for our trip was good the hotel staff was friendly we were in a room at the top floor accessed by thin steep stairwell The shower/toilet pod had a big step to access and the hot tap in the sink did not work

Not quite what we expected but the staff were lovely and the location was great. We didn’t really spend anytime in the hotel it was just somewhere to sleep and we slept really well. Affordable and central so can’t complain.

Pretty mediocre hotel. Arrived at the hotel and greeted by the receptionist who seemed to be sleeping in the office. Bathroom is shared, small and unclean. Bedroom was ok, functional, but needs decoration. Cost was ok.

It was sufficient. Small room, barely any room to move around. Only chose it because of convenience to both Euston and St Pancras train stations. Lots of restaurants around the area. Clean but not spotless. Staff was helpful and kind.

Basic facilities in a small room. The bed was tired and needed a new mattress. Hot water I’m the shower but not the sink. An electric heater was provided and was needed as it got cold at night

Do not stay here, it is a dump. The worst hotel I have ever been in, the staff were rude and unhelpful. We never stayed because of the condition of the room. Really surprised this was allowed on Expedia.

We knew what we were expecting for the price so no complaints on that side however if you're looking for a good night sleep just note that the area is quite lively and the rooms have single pane sash windows so they don't reduce the noise levels. Additionally you can also hear your fellow guests throughout the property.
