"The hotel didn’t have an area to grab a drink and relax. The piano bar should be open every day even if there’s no live music. The staff were wonderful! Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Centrally located so walkable to many areas and restaurants."

The rooms were clean and very high tech with everything controlled from an iPad. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. "Room as a little squeezy and the shower cubicle is quite slippery. Other than that, no complaints. Check in and out were smooth and easy. Hotel is a short walk from St Pancras station as well as many eateries. It is also a short bus ride from the shopping area. "
