"The property is on the far South side of the city. We walked to virtually every other beachside resort and would argue that this is the best (all things considered). The manager Daniel is an honest and welcoming host. He added to our comfort level (our first time traveling in Mexico) and we'd recommend Zombay because of him. He's a good guy and an excellent host. "Fantastic trip! Staff was amazing, especially Russell the beach server."

"We loved the property, the location was not bad, we would have preferred the bell staff to deliver our luggage to the room which was upstairs on arrival. Also when we departed we had to carry our bags to reception, not bad but would have preferred them to be picked up. Next would be the greeting no one greeted us unless we were going to eat int he restaurant, maybe we are spoiled because we are used to people whomever they are and whatever their position would at least greet us with a hello....
