"This is a rustic spot but seemed like one of the best values on the island. The location was central and it was a quick walk to the beautiful beach. The staff were kind and i especially appreciated the kitchenette in my room since i have a strict diet and prefer to cook for myself. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler even when i came back after dark since it's well lit with lively restaurants en route. I would definitely come back if i return to Holbox."

"We loved El Cuyo & this small guest house. There is a lovely garden, small pool, loungers & the whole place is clearly really well cared for. It’s very peaceful. Comfy bed, very clean & housekeeping every second day. Good air con although we hardly used it, fan was fine. WiFi was ok for social, but you might struggle if you needed to work.
