Great experience, the staff is lovely, the property is cozy and in a strategic area, the pool is great. Sound proofing is weak, so the quality of your stay is given by how respectful your "neighbors" are, we had a lady loudly chatting over the phone at 12.30am, I'd recommend someone from the staff to periodically check noone is too laud at night.

Couldn't rest 😒to much noise. Staff cleaning to early. I was in the bottom floor when staff was cleaning the second floor seemed like if she was making noise in purpose 😞 (broom, door, etc)

Never stay a this hotel, it will ruin your experience. Holbox is an amazing island that has a lot to offer, but staying at this hotel spoiled our stay. Extremely noisy. The level of street noise was very disruptive, it almost felt as if we were sleeping outside. We were never able to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was smelly when we first arrived and on the last night we found 2 cockroaches also in the bathroom. The bioluminescence tour offered at the hotel was more expensive than other similar tours offered in town, and the reception staff provided us with poor restaurant recommendations. For the most part expensive places with unsatisfactory food. We asked other local people who directed us to several amazing food places with great local dishes. Overall a very unpleasant hotel experience.

This is a very unique property. The rooms are fashioned as bungalows, so wooden on the inside as well as the outside. The beds are very comfortable, the walk-in shower was great with lots of hot water. A large pool is the centerpiece of the property with lots of palms, philodendron and other tropical plantings complete the landscaping. Hamacas are also strung between the trees for rest and relaxation, as well as lounge chairs at either end of the pool. The only negative, which is no fault of Coconut Ool, is that because the island only has sand streets golf carts and very loud ATVs and side-by-sides serve as taxis. They are allowed to run the roads 24/7 even though the island touts its eco-friendly nature. This being said, we heard the ATV noise. We would recommend, if you have any trouble sleeping, to bring noise canceling headphones, earplugs, and/or some type of white noise. Other than the ATVs, this is a very charming and unique place with a "tree house" type of vibe! ❤️

Nous avons adoré notre sejour au Coconut. Nous y avons passé 6 nuits. Emplacement ideal, près du traversier ce qui est très apprécié quand on débarque avec nos grosses valises. C'est aussi sur la rue principale, et la plage, les boutiques, les restos et le night life ne sont qu'a quelques minutes de marche. Supérette et café directement en face de l'hotel. Tranquille. Les chambres sont confortables. L'eau de la piscine est un peu douteuse, nous ne nous somme pas baigné. Sinon c'est un endroit que nous conseillons vivement !

Esta cercano a donde el ferry te deja y muy cercano a lo que es el centro del Holbox. La habitacion super comoda, limpia y tranquilo. Me gusto mucho el hospedaje, me volveria a quedar alli en mi proximo viaje

Schöne Anlage mit Pool direkt vor der Hütte Room-Service klopft leider sehr früh an den Fenstern, sodass ausschlafen schwer möglich ist... Check-Out hat recht lange gedauert

Vi bodde på detta Supermysigt boende i två veckor. Personalen är hjälpsam och förstår man inte varandra används Google translate. Vår spanska är inte så bra. Städning va bra, dock städar dom inte varje dag. Kan ha missat att de sa något om städning varannan dag samt inte de sista tre dagarna av vår vistelse. Vi bodde på vänstra sidan när du kommer in på området. Denna sida är EXTREMT högljudd. ”Stugorna” är inte ett dugg ljudisolerade så ta med öronproppar eller be om boende på högra sidan. Vi hade även små söta tvättbjörnar som bodde mellan ytter och innertaket i vårt rum. Dom väsnades också en del. Kyl och safteybox finns på rummet. Ac och fläkt. Två st relativt små dubbelsängar. Vi sov i varsin. Hade önskat mer plats att hänga/vika sina kläder. Läget tyckte vi va kanon. Kort promenad till färjan lika så stranden. Närheten till stan gjorde de mkt enkelt att promenera till restauranger. Heja ln kändes väldigt trygg. För mig som kvinna va det inga problem att gå ut och springa själv på morgonen, Väldigt nöjda överlag

Belle endroit malgré tout. Les chambres ne sont pas isolés, le bruit des gens qui arrive et les cotes à côtes c’est l’enfer on a presque pas dormi durant notre séjour. L’eau de la piscine pas belle nous nous sommes pas baigné.
