"Property is brand new so it has a little bit of lack of amenities. Other than that, it is a beautiful hotel, the room is very spacious and comfortable. The view is amazing and the swimming pool excellent. Location is good and walkable to the city center or other beaches nearby. "This bottom floor room was ok, for a budget stay. Rather small and basic but clean and the hotel is still very nice. Previously I stayed in a larger upstairs room with a balcony and a kitchen and much prefer and recommend that better room for a more enjoyable stay. I appreciate the use of the communal tea/coffee station and shared mini fridge though. I would stay here again but not in the standard room. "

Aldolfo was our server most mornings and was friendly and met all of our needs. Sandra the hotel manager went above and beyond even with a power outage we were very well taken care of and moved to another hotel until the power returned to the hotel. "

"My stay here was wonderful! The staff was so helpful. It’s located about 2 blocks from the beach. They have a night guard all night so I felt very safe coming back late. My only issue was that I was not charged when I booked. The receptionist explained that Expedia customers have to pay upon arrival. I booked months ago so I’d forgotten. About a 4 to 5min walk gets you to the center and another 2 to 3min beyond the center is the beach. Outside of the hotel can be a little tricky navigating puddles and I can understand the rainy seasons could get frustrating. This is not Naj Casa's fault. You're visiting a sandbar NOT an island. "My stay at the SoHo Boutique Holbox was lovely. The grounds were nice and clean with a beautiful rooftop pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Transportation to the city center was easy and convenient and took about 15 minutes via taxi. The staff was super friendly and helped with all of our needs and requests. "The casa Lus is a lovely little hotel. We had a beautiful Balcony with lots of chairs and loungers.The room had a fridge and a microwave. There was a lovely area to lay in the sun and watch the ocean . There was a beach club Casa del Mar was located close by where you can order drinks and delicious Mexican food. The staff was very accommodating which made our stay very nice . The sunsets on the beach was spectacular. We highly recommend Casa Lus "
