"I enjoyed the location of this hotel, very walkable to downtown but just far enough to be quiet from the downtown parties. The only slight downfall for the hotel is kids noise level in the morning at the pool. Our room was very close to the pool and it sounded like they were in our room."

"We loved the property, the location was not bad, we would have preferred the bell staff to deliver our luggage to the room which was upstairs on arrival. Also when we departed we had to carry our bags to reception, not bad but would have preferred them to be picked up. Next would be the greeting no one greeted us unless we were going to eat int he restaurant, maybe we are spoiled because we are used to people whomever they are and whatever their position would at least greet us with a hello....

"Everything was good at Dream Holbox but we did find a lot of broken glass on the beach. That is the only negative of the site."

"Villas HM Palapas del Mar was such a wonderful stay it was such a quaint yet full experience. I had never been to a smaller resort and to be honest I didn't expect for us to enjoy ourselves as much. The food was phenomenal in particular the snack menu was so delicious. The part that was a gamechanger was the staff. Everyone is so helpful and willing to help wherever they can. Special shout out to Vicente & Fercho for taking care of us on the beach and at the bar all vacation long. "

"The ocean view from the room is exceptional and the in-room hammock is lovely. The bar/restaurant employees were incredibly friendly and took great care of us. However, the beach was disappointing. There was glass from broken bottles, broken floor tiles, large rocks, and other debris on the shoreline. Once you get past that, the beach sand is soft and smooth. Sleeping was a struggle. While ear plugs were provided, the bass from surrounding nightclubs was challenging to drown out. If you’re...
