"As a place to stay on our last night on holiday the hotel is well coated for Heathrow. The room was clean, well appointed and while the prices for drinks and snacks weren’t cheap, we were able to eat and have a relaxing last night before our flight. The breakfast was very good - and whoever runs the hotel knows their stuff - the service from all staff we interacted with was friendly and professional. "

"This hotel was closed when I got there, I was left stranded by your company…….I bought and paid for this so needless to safe I need my money back ASAP, I am 88 years old and to have this happen to me was not acceptable, how did this happen? I decided to take a cab from Heathrow to the Ramada Inn at Hounslow east, cost me £40-, and to find I did not have a room after a long flight from San Diego, was so disappointing."

"The hotel is tastefully decorated, with little airplane themes everywhere. It’s well done! The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms, while a bit dark, are comfortable. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and soap, which is great. I failed to get decent sleep as the room was warm, but that was likely in my control. The restaurant food was pretty good and reasonably priced. My primary complaints were: (1) only 1 out of 3 elevators were operational, (2) the toilet needed to rest for a long time...

"Lovely hotel warm and inviting. We had a very tasty meal in the restaurant and the buffet breakfast was good with a great variety of dishes, coffee was terrible though. I later saw the Starbucks near the lobby wish Id known I would have gone there. Beds were comfy, staff were helpful and polite. Will stay again."

"Hotels.com relocated us to this hotel after the original hotel we booked couldn’t check us in due to being overbooked. We arrived for check in at 1am tired having spent most the day travelling. The person who checked us in was rude and demanded that hotels.com pay for 15 days worth of parking as that is what they saw on their system. They refused to check us in unless £150 was paid in addition to the fee already paid to them for bed and breakfast accommodation. We explained that we didn’t even...
