"This hotel was closed when I got there, I was left stranded by your company…….I bought and paid for this so needless to safe I need my money back ASAP, I am 88 years old and to have this happen to me was not acceptable, how did this happen? I decided to take a cab from Heathrow to the Ramada Inn at Hounslow east, cost me £40-, and to find I did not have a room after a long flight from San Diego, was so disappointing."

"I only stayed for a few hours awaiting a very early flight, so did not require much in way of service. As a disabled person I was delighted to find a chair with adjustable height. Very rare i deed. The size of the hotel was not kind to my knees, but I couldn't blame the hotel for that. It would mean that I would not wish to be a long term guest though."

"Unsure why previous reviews were negative. I found the stay comfortable and enjoyable with free access to the onsite spa and pool. The restaurant features exclusively Asian cuisine and was excellent. Only drawback is there is no breakfast service before 9:00am. Very good value for money "

"Stayed during Heathrow airport power issues. Staff handled situation very well. Spoke to the lady on the front desk Kim who seemed very busy but handled everything well and looked after us as we checked out. "
