"Excellent stay. This was our second visit to this property, and we will definitely return. The Strand reservations agent, Tony, was fabulous helping us correct our reservation and solving the issues - he is an excellent ambassador for this hotel."

"Stayed for three nights. Requested twin beds and they were pretty comfortable. Arrived at room and a maintenance man was in it trying to unplug the toilet. After that all was good. It had a kettle and a fridge which was handy. Access to a taxi via the concierge was handy and they were gracious. The hallways were a bit noisy in the morning. I think it was staff having a chat before starting…not really sure. Close to shopping and dining was a big plus. Walked from Paddington but cabbed it back to Paddington as it was a bit too far with luggage. Thanks for a nice stay."

"I like all, except that they did not offer a transport to the airport. I paid $30 for a 5 minute taxi drive to the airport. I had no idea of the fare beforehand. I think they might have helped with other transport arrangements."
