"Hotel is getting old, facilities (bathroom, bedroom) are showing signs of age and wear. Bath had some permanent stains or marks in. Limescale had built up around the shower head. Shower is also very low, if you are 5’8 or taller the showers won’t reach the top of your head. Beds and pillows very comfortable, the fridge in the room is great, aircon is very noisy, not ideal. "

"Speaking of value for money, around, first: Not too bad. However, I was there during the Heathrow closure disaster. Luckily, I booked early morning via Expedia and got a good price. 67 pounds Breakfast and an 18 pounds value dinner, at al tigether below 100 pouns. Staff was exceptionally friendly, and I got my room before usual check in time and a breakfast this very day *and a good breakfast, nice coffee too), instead next day (had to leave there at 4.45am). They even extended breakfast...
