Very clean, special ladies and men care kit, Buffet on 33 rd floor was very good Japanese and western options. Japanese breakfast was in basement floor was quaint. Lawsons convenience store in the basement was a big plus too. Shibakoen station for subway walking distance.Very safe neighborhood. "

"The hotel was amazing. Very clean and Beautiful. Rooms are Small compared to Hotel rooms back home, but we don't stay in the room much so its really not a big deal. Staff was very nice and friendly and understand basic English which was nice because my Japanese is terrible. Area is a little rough especially at night, but that's not the Hotels fault. Would stay there again. "
