"We stayed at this hotel for 16 days and had a great experience. The staff was professional, helpful, and quick to solve any issues. The hotel is conveniently located near Osaki Station, providing easy access to the Yamanote Line. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The only downside is that the windows cannot be opened for fresh air, but this is a common policy in most hotels in Japan, so I wouldn’t consider it a major drawback. "Family of 4 (2 teenagers), we were out most of our stay exploring Tokyo. Thus, we used the hotel just to sleep. Located close to several subway lines, about 5-7 minutes walk to each station. There’s a family-mart across the street for snacks or drinks, and many nearby restaurants. About 30 minutes away from Shinjuku, Shibuya and Tokyo Station. Would stay again. "
