"TLDR: This is a perfectly acceptable hotel. Nothing too special, nothing bad. The Roppongi area is incredibly expensive, so I do not recommend staying here if you are on a budget (especially if you want a quick bite to eat like me, who did not research enough). The room was tiny (even for Japan) yet comfortable, and the HVAC was nice. The TV didn't really do anything unless you want to pay for a random TV service, but there were lots of freebies. "

It is situated within a five minute walking distance of the Shinjuku station, though one needs to take the right gate out to be closest to it, (that would be the South gate of the original station). "A very nice hotel, good breakfast, quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, everything you needed was there, no frills, but to be honest who needs them if you out all day sightseeing ! You just want to return to a hot shower and good nights sleep in a well kept room and comfy bed !"
