"Clean and comfortable stay"

"I booked the double room which was spotless. Room is tiny but the bathroom made up for it. I enjoyed the shower and tub. The window is small if you're claustrophobic. They do offer daily housekeeping. Plenty of taxis at the lobby and near the restaurants. Shinjuku Station is about 10 min walk. Overall, we had a great stay."

"This hotel had really great customer service. I ordered a Linkin Park concert ticket and had it delivered to the front desk a week in advance, and they were able to hold onto it for me. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Japan. "
