"My wife and I have stayed at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo multiple times, and it never disappoints. The location in Shinjuku is super convenient—just a short walk to the station, shops, and restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable with great views, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We also love the breakfast buffet and the variety of dining options in the hotel. It’s become our go-to place whenever we’re in Tokyo—reliable, comfortable, and well-run. Highly recommend!"

"Great location right at the center of shinjuku, just minutes walk to almost everything and so convenient to the train station. We arrived early and the receptionist let us checked in early. The rooms is a little bit tiny for 2 people but otherwise comfortable . Will definitely book this hotel again if I come back ."

"Wonderful hotel, we stayed for 7 nights and they upgraded us to a Tokyo Tower view for the last 4 nights through the Expedia VIP status. Large rooms and bathrooms, excellent breakfast, and great service although some of the staff is not fluent in English (common in Japan though). Thank you for a great stay!"
