Although the property is impressive, I encountered some mold issues in the bathroom, which I promptly reported to the staff. Regrettably, these concerns were not resolved. Additionally, the property’s “clean policy” for every second day is inconsistent with the premium nature of the establishment. I would have expected room service to be provided daily.

FAVORITE HOTEL IN TOKYO!!! I stayed in several places but this was my far the best. So much that I extended my stay. Modern and clean rooms. Awesome lobby/cafe. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. And it is connected to the shopping center which makes the walk to Shibuya scramble very fun. When I return to Tokyo I will be staying here for the entirety of my trip.

Overall this property was a great experience and located perfectly in Shibuya. Easily accessible to all neighbourhoods (walking, train or taxi). The only downfall/one negative experience was when requested for fresh bedding, I had to do it myself.
