"I loved this hostel! It's directly across from the ADO bus station and the collectivo stop, so very convenient. The grocery store is right next door and shopping is just down the street. There were food trucks out front in the evenings and a restaurant just outside the front door. I as a solo female traveler felt very safe there and also while walking around the local area. "The hostal is suuuper clean, the staff were lovely and super helpful, and the general vibe is great for a solo traveller. They have activities you can join to meet other people and the upstairs bar is really nice and close, especially if you like latin music! "I was upgraded to an apartment on arrival which was really welcome after a long flight. The room was clean, everything worked, it’s a 2 minute walk to ADO bus station. All staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly. Some noise from the bar below at night but didn’t bother me."

"I loved this place! Remember is not a 5-star resort. Is a place to spend the night in peace. The bedroom was clean and modest. I stayed there only one night before leaving Cancun. I love the Plaza where you have all sorts of food available. "

"A very safe place and a very helpful owner. Great advices on places to go and tours."

"Staff is very friendly. Location is good, close to a lot of restaurants and a bus station. Great for 1 night. The bathroom shower head needs to be replaced. The toilet seat is removable, it was resting against the wall. The bed linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. However the room could’ve been a little cleaner. "

Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort

"We really enjoyed the resort. The food was great, and our beachfront enclave room offered one of the best views we’ve ever had. My only suggestion for improvement, as adults traveling with two teenagers, is that age requirements should be better enforced. Our kids didn’t want to hang out in the teenage area because it was overrun with younger children (and sometimes their parents). Similarly, when my wife and I tried to relax in adult-only areas, such as the pool or the swim-up bar, we found them occupied by young kids as well. I’m not sure whether the nighttime dance party was meant to be adults only, but it felt more like a family wedding, with lots of young kids running around while some older guests danced. Anyway, we really loved the resort, and if you want a family-friendly place, this would definitely be a great choice."

"Love Majestic Elegance! This is our second time and definitely will be coming back again. Everyone is extremely friendly! The food is some of the best resort food we've ever had in Mexico, and the beach is nice. Also, very clean with great room options. Highly recommend! And to do the 'Club' thats a must and makes the experience. "

"Beautiful property, many of the staff members were exceptional and the food was amazing! Adelitas was our favorite but the steak house, Tao and habachi gril place were also fantastic. My husband and 13vo enjoyed everything. I miss the buffet already, the fresh OJ and bf potatoes wow! Room for improvement: more desserts and coffee, Pool temp. Was a bit chillier than I would like, but it was April. Overall fantastic. Oh the disco is at the sports bar & grill at night."
