"Fabulous Stay! Walk to Duomo in under 5 mins. Near all the busy Piazza’s with many dining options. The staff and service we received was impeccable. Particularly, Francesca welcomed us, gave us a tour of the hotel, and showed us to our rooms. Victoria and Alina at breakfast were very warm and accommodating. "The location was great , the decor was super and the breakfast was good. The one drawback which is not widely mentioned which is an issue is that the square outside the hotel is a market which is taken down each night, and then buskers play at night. The problem is that they then set the market up from scratch starting at 4 am, so the chances of sleeping (with the shouting and banging) is zero."
