"Awesome location, we could walk to pretty much all tourist spots including 10 min to Firenze train station. City tax is collected in cash, so carry some euros. Included breakfast was in another building, which was 10 min away, but was not mentioned in the booking. But, people are very kind and will accommodate and help as much they can. They can communicate over whatsapp, so you don't need phone number and just data with esim is fine. Vodaphone esim worked great for us. 2GB was enough for 7...

"It’s definitely the best property we have stayed in Italy! It’s very high level, modern, wonderfully designed, with good-quality materials, very new, spotless and comfortable. "The only thing this property has going for it is that it's close to the Duomo. The photos of the rooms are not reflective of the rooms you will ACTUALLY get. They are worse. Our room had a mosquito infestation, I killed a total of 8 mosquitos during our stay. Every morning I would wake up with bug bites – our windows were closed and it was November during our visit, cold enough for mosquitos to be dead. I was scared to sleep at night because of the bugs. "This was an absolutely beautiful place that had tons of room for our family of four. We had the top floor with a great view of the Duomo. It was an excellent location and easily walkable to everything. The only downside is that we could hear a lot of street noise at night, but it didn't bother our kids, and we got used to it. Would definitely stay there again. "
