"The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, with restaurants, shops, and the Uffizi and Cathedral within walking distance. Nadine was on duty when we arrived, and she was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was much more than a continental breakfast, and was very good. If you drive into Florence, be aware that you will spend $35-40 Euro daily to park your vehicle in a garage. "

"The location could not be better. The check-in process was efficient and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that breakfast and the minibar contents were included in the room rate. We received a voucher for a welcome glass of prosecco or coffee and found gifts of wine and coffee waiting for us in the room. When my husband was feeling unwell, the front desk arranged for housekeeping to makeup our room during the hour we were out for lunch. We loved this hotel!"
