I loved my stay here. Everyone was very friendly and accomodating. My room was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the beautiful gardens and immaculately kept hotel and grounds. The staff was so friendly and helpful and worked very hard to accommodate each guest. The location was great as I could escape the busyness of the city but was close enough to walk from either shuttle stop and enjoy all that Florence has to offer.

This place is great. We had free breakfast buffet every morning, there was a shuttle service that brings you down the hill and it can bring you back up. The only thing i would say to anyone thinking about staying here, is to keep in mind that it is up in a hill and it's a long walk up and down if you don't rent a car.

Always a pleasure staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly (they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable), the rooms are nice, the view from the hotel is spectacular, and the dining at the hotel is awesome. Upon our early morning checkout the staff made sure to pack us a boxed breakfast to accompany us to the airport.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The hotel grounds were lovely and it was a short walk to the Piazzale Michelangelo for a gorgeous sunset view of Florence from across the Arno! Dinner in the hotel was nice and the wine selection superb.
