"We had a wonderful stay ! Even though our stay was cut short due to delayed incoming flight to florence , we were greeted very nicely by the hotel staff. The hotel itself has beautiful decor - both lobby and the rooms we were offered. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence and would love to stay again."

The night before we had only arrived around 10pm so we were very tired and had the do not disturb sign on but they were banging quite loudly and we could not sleep in and the second thing is we would have liked the water in the mini fridge replenished each day but it was a free minibar which was nice.
