"A beautiful hotel in the heart of Florence. Nowhere was too far to walk. The room was amazing and the surroundings were magnificent. The staff were fantastic and the bar area was amazing with a live Piano play on each evening."

"What an excellent stay. The palazzo was the highlight of my trip. The hotel is beautiful old world Italian classic but chic style. Each room is beautifully decorated. I was in the blue room. The dining room always has snacks, and water, along with the living room areas. The service was impeccable. Morning breakfast tailored to your needs.The location is on point, smack in the middle of town."

Very close to the main train depot, within walking distance to the Accademia Gallery, many great restaurants nearby. The charm and decor of this place is remarkable. Breakfast was also very good."
