The service was absolutely incredible - we received a complimentary upgrade for our honeymoon and my husband organized a surprise wine tour in the Tuscan region. "Was checked in by a lovely lady who made us aware of our VIP status and amenities with it. The hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage when we checked out so we could explore before heading to the train station. They were also kind enough to ask about arranging a taxi for pick up to take us to the train station. "
