"We had an amazing time at San Firenze Suites and Spa. Our room was lovely, the staff was so kind and helpful, the breakfast was really good, actually, and the aperitivo in the evening was really great too! "Perfect for me as a solo traveler. The hotel provided perfect instructions on how to find hotel, took 2 mins from waterbus stop. Shower was extremely small though. Be prepared for stairs but staff was awesome on taking my luggage to and from room. Breakfast was good and fresh. Front desk staff was wonderful on providing dinner and things to do nearby suggestions"

"Fabulous Stay! Walk to Duomo in under 5 mins. Near all the busy Piazza’s with many dining options. The staff and service we received was impeccable. Particularly, Francesca welcomed us, gave us a tour of the hotel, and showed us to our rooms. Victoria and Alina at breakfast were very warm and accommodating.
