"Artemide Guest House is more of a completely remote hotel. We didn’t see any staff besides housekeeping and you’re given all the instructions to check-in on WhatsApp the day before. "The hostess at this hotel was the best! She was so helpful and kind. The room was quaint and had a wood ceiling and wood beam, which gave it lots of character. We had a private bathroom that was down 5 steps which was a little tricky to use. It was an older bathroom and had a few small issues. The hotel was about 5-10 minute walk from the train station which made it really convenient for dropping off our luggage before exploring Florence. Our hostess provided a delicious breakfast for us."

"We had such a wonderful stay here. A gorgeous boutique hotel in a great location, easy to walk to all the main attractions. The staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The best part is the style of the hotel, it is absolutely gorgeous and mixes traditional upmarket Florence with homey.
