There was a malfunction lock on our bathroom door that caused me to get locked in the bathroom for nearly an hour. "Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....

"Very centric and close to everything - super practical in terms of places to go and accessible. The main issues were around the quietness of the room, it was next to a patio and there was a lot of noise at night which made it difficult to sleep during the stay. "This is a wonderful hotel with a wonderful staff. Very friendly and helpful in every way. Our room was immaculate and spacious, worth every penny, though there were quite a few of those pennies! The breakfast is incredible as were the attendants. The location is great, a little quieter and away from the center, but close enough to walk everywhere. Easy access to the train. We will be staying here again and I travel with a small child who was made very welcome. Thank you, GH Minerva. "
