"I chose the Hotel David because they had parking and we were driving in from Orvieto. (Not many places with parking). What we found was a wonderful little hotel. It’s out of all the hustle and bustle of Firenze, but everything is easily walkable. The room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was just right. The free happy hour from 6:30 to 8:00pm is a great way to wind down the day. We had great conversations with other guests. I’d highly recommend Hotel David. "

"Well placed, it is clear this used to be a luxurious hotel. Some features point to that. The rest, the details that make a good night sleep, a great shower, are cheap , tacky or simply put in place with their price in mind, not the customer's comfort. First night, we barely slept. The cushions were super hard and they'd covered the bed in two sets of plastic protectors making it the loudest and most uncomfortable mattress. "Great location with easy access to the airport. The property offers airport shuttle service for a fee. Also a lovely restaurant & bar with delicious dinner options in a cozy setting. "Unfortunately we were automatically moved from the Sun House to a large Hotel a few blocks away. It completely changed the vibe of the trip for us. We were after a quaint, quiet location with its own kitchen and outdoor space. What we received was a bustling, loud, overfilled hotel lacking all the reasons why we chose the Sun House. More than disappointing. "

"Positive points : internal parking but limited and your car may be blocked by other residents Well equipped rooms the furniture was like 5 stars hotels . Negative points: The AC doesn't work properly, it was really hot there . The lady that did the check in knocked our door strongly and told me that i have change the parking of my car i understand but she spoke loudly with me and this was really disrespectful from her . "
