This is a great hotel and I highly recommend staying there. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Very close to the main train depot, within walking distance to the Accademia Gallery, many great restaurants nearby. The charm and decor of this place is remarkable. Breakfast was also very good.

We love this hotel! We will always recommend this place to our families and friends; every time we stay in Florence this is our spot! You get amazing breakfast, kind and tentative housekeeping, and kind service from all staff. Water is included in your stay as well as a bottle of wine. The location is great. We are amazed with this hotel and we cannot wait for our next stay!

Hotel staff was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. Very close the train station, about a 5 minute walk. Great local restaurants within walking distance. Also great location for visiting the historical sites.

The hotel was excellent! The breakfast every day was incredible. We also loved the reading room and terrace. The staff were always friendly and the hotel was always clean and welcoming after a day out and about. There are many restaurants in the area that were wonderful too!

This is a great little hotel. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good. The only thing I did not like was that the room which they showed in the picture was no the room that we received. The room in the photo when we reserved was completely different, inside and also the view of the room which in my opinion is unacceptable. I will not go to this hotel again for this simple reason.

Location is the best! Short walk from train and bus stations. Plenty of restaurants in the area and the Santa lounge is really nice! The rooms are spacious and quite unique. Definitely would recommend this hotel !
