"We stayed one night before a cruise leaving from Red Hook. Very convenient to the ferry terminal for getting over to Brooklyn. The area is very walkable, lots of places to eat and get coffee close by. We went to the Fraunces Tavern and the staff gave us some fun pointers about the place. Our room was not overly large but was just fine for two people for a short stay. I used the gym in the morning and it was more than adequate as was the breakfast.
