"We booked this property having looked at pictures and facilities and the price being reasonable but was not informed that the hotel was undergoing changes, building work and a name change. We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. Very disappointing especially as we had no idea of the changes or had not been informed in advance of such. We were not offered alternative accommodation or upgrade to the...

"The property is conveniently located with markets all around. The room was neat and clean. Staff was courteous. All the appliances were working fine (Deluxe Kitchen). Cons: There was snow all around the property. Snow removal would have been good. Or at least spread salt. Room felt a little cold as we could not control temp in the room because it was centrally controlled."
