"This was not just a stay, this was a memory. Incredible customer service in every aspect of our time spent there while celebrating our six-year old’s birthday in Chicago. So much character within the hotel itself that we could not help but feel we had entered another period of time. Perfect location for exploring the city too. And the pool area was just marvelous. We will definitely be back!"

He identified issue, said he wanted to get into the adjoining room too ensure complete functionality and would check my room later. Went to my conference, came back 8 hours later, still freezing Called front desk. They said they would send a tech. Nothing. Called front desk again half an hour later....had to have room changed. Pain in the butt."
