"We love this property! When in NOLA there is nowhere else to stay! We have stayed at the hotel many times, this was our first time in the Iberville tower (new rooms). The manager on duty explained it so well - you are a new or old tower person. We loved the room, it was perfect but we are old room people! We know next time to book old room - there is no bad room, we just love the old room's charm. The service was, as always, impeccable - the turn down service is so nice. Top notch service...

"I liked everything about this property. The only problem is the elevators are a little tight. I would like to mention I sure got a workout walking from room 244 (in which i was assigned) to my sister's room 452 was quite a challenge. It would have made sense to assign use on the same floors. I enjoyed the view of the crosses from the outside smoking area. Thank you so much for granting the opportunity to meet such kind staff."

"What we loved about staying here - the location (right by the Trolley on St. Charles), walkable to many restaurants, great Jazz bar and restaurant, great rooftop patio and old world charm with a twist of hipster. The shower pressure was amazing! Staff were really helpful and nice. What we did not love - the rooftop bar turns into a college hangout after 8pm, the rooms are a bit dim and outdated because it's an old building. I requested a city view but on the third floor our windows were treated...
