"This great property could use more attention. Weeds along Burgundy side & the front needs some TLC. Staff woke us up setting up breakfast. Someone was upset with their man & ranting incredibly loud. I turned on the TV & couldn't hear it over the noise. I texted the desk, the noise stopped but no acknowledgement or I'm sorry. We were locals needing a place to stay during the process of selling our house. People In NO are so friendly but not tour staff. Not the best representation of the good...

"Roosevelt was wonderful, from doorman to checking everything was perfect. Only complaint is valet parked my car & brought it back upon check out full of bird poop. Covered in it, I wasn’t happy. "
