"Had a nice stay the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was one of the outlets did not work so the refrigerator had to moved."

"We loved the staff and location . We were on the 6th floor and had let the water run for a long to even receive luke warm water to shower."

"The property itself was excellent. The people was very nice and friendly. The only thing I did not like about this hotel it did not have a microwave or a refrigerator. I could have lived without a refrigerator but I did need a microwave due to the fact that they don't serve any type of Continental breakfast. But I guess that was my fault for not doing my investigation on this hotel a little better. So the next time I visit New Orleans I would not be staying there only because of the microwave....

"Booked through Expedia, room is not as pictured. Very dated, 2 mini fridges one next to the bed on the floor, one (not working) in the dresser but still plugged in. Very close to everything, easily accessible, convenient."
