"This was the wors motel that I have ever stayed in. The bag covers under the sheets were covered in urine stains, and what it looked like, blood. Maintenance is horrible Groundkeeping is horrible, overall filthy location.Needs a major update i walked in the lobby and was able to see the computer. I saw every guest name and room number. I brought it to the owner's wife attention. She said something about it's because if they close down the system, they have to reboot the whole thing or something...

"Simple apartment with everything I needed. Close to everything. Easy check in and check out. Nice to have a kitchen and couch to use, I get so tired of hotels. "

"Excellent location. Had a few issues with lighting in the condo, bedside lamp would not work plugged into the bedside plug, had to plug across the room. Netflix was not up to date so could not use it."

" I called for an extra blanket and they said they don’t give out extras when it was 3 of us and it was only 1 blanket!!then called for extra towels couldn’t get them either!! "

"We enjoyed our stay. The only thing the sofa needs to be replaced and the bed should have a memory foam instead of a regular mattress only because it’s a platform bed.These are not things that would keep me from staying there again. It was right where we needed to be!!"

"Overall decent experience Had a few issues. Reached out to management and they were quick to listen and act to resolve each issue. Is a bit noisy so I recommend some ear plugs if your a light sleeper. Location is great. Close enough. To everything downtown. Few blocks from French quarter. Few blocks to get on the street car and head uptown. Spacious in comparison of places in same price range. Would stay there again"
