For someone who has worked in hospitality (including front desk) the customer service was definitely lacking. They made it seem as if I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. I ended up cutting my stay an entire day because of it.

The facility was ok. I have seen better Hyatt's! The room I stayed in had two queen beds. Both beds did not have a fitted sheet on them nor did they have any kind of protective mattress cover. Both beds had a flat sheet for a fitted sheet. Also, in the bathroom there was hair on the floor like it wasn't swept good. My stay was ok!
