Louisiana was hit with some extreme weather. Temperatures well below freezing, 10* in Baton Rouge. Every business was closed but these Angels were ready for us. Hot food and beverages were a Godsend after being out on the snowy , icy roads. These Ladies were sweet and kind and took care of us. We will be staying at the Hyatt again next road trip.👍 many thanks to these Ladies.

We only stayed one night because that was the orignal plan, the hotel was a little dated but aside from that the staff was nice the shower toiletries were great and the towel were our favorite we've ever used! I'm glad we stayed, I think the cleanliness is a matter of a lack of renovation which is not the staffs fault.

The staff at this property is wonderful! The manager Tiffany is so knowledgeable and personable she really went out of her way to make sure that our stay at the hotel was the best. In addition, her front desk staff Becky, Q and Rhetta were all super friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself was descent but what stood out was the staff. We arrived later and the night manager amd front desk(Vivian) was so kind and accommodating. The next morning only the manager was there and she went above and beyond.

Room was nice and spacious but the air was off when I walked in and the room was stuffy and old smelling. Overall, nice and clean. Greatly located across the street from the mall and 15 minutes from casino. Only 1 person working front desk so check out took some time.
