"There was trash still in our room from previous guests. The toilet was so shaky every time you sat on it, thought it was going to fall over. This really is a niche property where I'd only stay here for an event because everything is so far away from it. Events are also very loud from the villas if you're not attending the event."

"This was a great, inexpensive one night stay before our cruise in New Orleans. We felt safe in the Slidell area and it was only 30 minutes from Port of New Orleans. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the breakfast was basic, but fulfilled the purpose! I also appreciated that the hotel doesn’t require a deposit on your card, since we already had a deposit taken out for our cruise. We would definitely stay for another one night stay if we’re cruising in the area again! "

"I made my reservation the day-of so that I could get closer to the airport. I saw ratings online and thought this was the best choice - and it WAS. I love the lighting in the room, full size closet, clean and spacious bathroom... microwave and fridge available in room, DESK AND CHAIR with easily accessible power ports. Comfy couch and ottoman as well as REALLY comfy bed. Close to fast food and TV offers HBO channels (but I watched Animal Planet). Able to work into the night and get rest."

"It was super clean. You could smell the cleanliness as soon as you walked inside. Great front desk receptionist. We got there really late at night and she treated us amazingly while checking in. Would definitely recommend and stay there again! Thank you. "
