Room was good size, but only a desk chair for sitting. No fridge in room. Very noisy both from outside and within the hotel. Lots of marijuana smoke smells reached the room. Disappointing for the price.

All of the employees are very courteous and helpful. We were on the 19th floor and the main elevators only went to 18 and we had to ge tour and take another elevator to the 19th floor. Also for security you must use your key to go up or down at any time in the elevator. I appreciate the security and it is unfortunate we have to do this. Housekeeping only comes every 3rd day unless requested and that is fine but we were only left clean towels and soaps and I asked for garbage to be emptied.

Hit or miss in regards to friendliness of staff. My biggest complaint is that I wasn’t able to take a shower! Ran the water in the shower for 20 minutes and wasn’t even close to warm. Sink faucet had no problem getting hot water. Wallpaper in bathroom is peeling off and the ac/heater unit was insanely loud. When I told the front desk about the problem with the shower, she told me I just needed to run it longer.
