"Old, charming hotel. Bare bones comforts, it felt like a dormitory room. One space heater did not warm both room and bathroom. Bathroom fixtures were temperamental. We went for its location in East Village, easy access from subway and lots of walkable coffee shops and restaurants. Great price. "

"The space matched exactly to the pictures … expectations met! We are a family of 5 & we really were only in the apartment to sleep … very comfortable! We’d definitely stay again as this place fit our budget, very convenient to public transportation, grocery store on the corner, etc. our host was very helpful… so much so he stopped over with an additional comforter when we needed 1 more for the futon. Just to be in the know, kitchen supplies are light of you intend to cook. We just used it...
