"Great hotel, friendly and attentive staff. Love the vibe of the whole place. Rooms were clean and comfortable and cleaned daily. The hotel is around a 5-10 minute walk from the nearest subway station which gets you into the main areas. You also get $20 per room per day for use on food and drink which is great. We tended to use it for coffee and pastries in the cafe both of which were lovely. Would highly recommend this place for families."

"The property was very lovely, but the service at breakfast was very slow. I had to look for someone to take my order. The lobby area was very cold so my breakfast became cold quickly. As I was checking out, I had my suitcase and a carry bag, the man who was at the door opened up the 1st door inside the hotel,but did not offer to open the door leading to the outside. My hands were full."
