"Staff very friendly. Great facility’s Nice room 4 star as my flight was later afternoon and couldn’t do a late check out unless signing up for there loyalty program or something along those lines. Although this is just as much of an oversight on my behalf also. "

The only thing that needs looking at is the breakfast it's ok but for 5* it should be better coffee area is defo not 5* and the food is a little tasteless . I stayed at Jen by shangri la in singapore and that is far superior at the breakfast buffet . "
