"It is a good property and employees do their best to make your stay as wonderful as possible, but the property needs more maintenance and better services for the price you pay. No down service, only soft drinks in mini bar and that’s about it. The “pristine villas” are run down and maybe therefore empty all the time. Better management and more realistic prices will make it a better place. "

"The rooms are well appointed and spacious. The staff is excellent. The location is a big selling point. The resort has an entire bay and coral reef to themselves. The food at the main eatery was also great. "

"Thi hotel had great large rooms with a comfy bed, a bathtub and a separate shower, and even a bidet! They were super helpful with laundry and transport, when we needed it. The breakfast was really good, they made us omelettes and poached eggs on different mornings. They also granted us early check in and late check out. The spa and restaurant were also great, I had 2 massages and we had a couple of really nice meals and drinks at the Canoe House"

"The staff were very kind, helpful, communicative and went above and beyond. The room was very clean, the pillows were soft and fluffy, and fitting with the name, the sink was a giant clam shell! "Great room in the center of everything. Walk to shopping, dining and there are a ton of tour options in the area. Very nice staff and the fact they offer airport pickup and drop off was helpful. If you are going to stay an extended time, the well equipped kitchen is a huge plus. Breakfast is included. There is no ocean view, but you will have plenty of ocean when you dive or snorkel or kayak. I would stay there again. Great bang for your buck$."
